Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 10 working days for dispatch of your order within NZ

Due to the volume and variety of products displayed, not all items are held in stock and some items are ordered in from our distributors at the time of order and dispatch times can vary depending on the item and brand. Please allow 10 working days for dispatch within NZ. 

We dispatch orders from New Zealand Internationally and delivery times vary depending on international postal services. We are unable to send fragile items such as mirrors or any large, bulky or heavy items including duvet inners, rugs, toppers, furniture, canvas art etc via International delivery. If you are unsure if your item is a large or fragile item please contact us to ensure we can dispatch your item via International Air Mail. We are not responsible for any charges you may have to pay in taxes or customs duty. We suggest you contact your local customs office to establish what charges you may incur if you buy our goods from outside New Zealand.

Due to covid regulations couriers may leave packages without signature. Please ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is chosen for delivery.

Returns & Replacements
We do not have to provide a refund for change of mind so please choose carefully. We are able to offer exchange for credit on some small items such as cushions and duvet covers provided they are returned to us within 14 days in a saleable condition, unopened with all packaging and tags in tact. Please contact us first to check if your item qualifies for an exchange. We are unable to accept for exchange any large volume or fragile goods including items such as rugs*, art, furniture, mirrors, lighting, clocks, duvet inners, pillows and mattress toppers/protectors. We are unable to offer any exchanges on Heirloom, Collezione or Auskin Sheepskin products as these are made to order. 

*Rugs can be exchanged provided they are exchanged for the same or high priced value rug and all return freight is covered by the customer. 

If the item/s is faulty or wrongly described, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. To assist in determining whether a product is faulty or wrongly described please email us at [email protected] Refunds for faulty items will be credited in the same form as the original payment. 

Any damage caused by courier needs to be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please check that the goods are received in good condition without breakage prior to signing for courier delivery.

If you are acquiring goods (or services) from Webretail Limited for business purposes as defined in sections 2 and 43 of the CGA, you agree that the consumer guarantees provided for in the CGA will not apply to the supply of those goods (or services).

All international sales are final and we do not accept returns for international purchases.
Pricing/ Display / Stock Errors
Although we do our best to ensure prices and stock available stated on this website are accurate, errors do occur from time to time. Where a pricing error occurs (subject to applicable law that cannot be excluded), we will not be bound by the incorrect pricing stated, and reserve the right to cancel your purchase. Every effort has been made to ensure the colours and images displayed are accurate, however actual colours and product finishes may vary. Hand made items, canvas art which is hand painted and similar items may have slight variations in design. While every effort is made to ensure stock availability is accurate, we cannot always guarantee availability of items displayed. We are not liable to you for any orders we are unable to fulfill or decline to fulfill.
Payment, Delivery
The standard delivery charge by Courier is $8.50 per package ($11.90 for Rural Delivery) for delivery within New Zealand.

Prices are stated and charged in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) for goods being shipped to New Zealand addresses. Overseas orders do not incur GST, but due to higher transaction costs overseas orders include a 15% surcharge.
