Top Tip: How to choose the right pillow!
|A good nights sleep is dependant on having the right pillow, one that is suited to your size and sleeping style and fully supports your head, neck and shoulders throughout the night.

Pillows may have varied comfort levels such as Soft Support, Low Profile; Medium Support, Medium Profile and Firm Support, High Profile
The sleeping position of the body influences pillow selection as different types of support are required depending on whether the person sleeps on their stomach, back or side.
Stomach – A stomach sleeper needs the slimmest and softest of all pillows to create a flat sleeping surface. This minimises any arching of the back whilst also ensuring that the head and neck are not turned unnaturally to either side. Stomach sleepers should choose a pillow with a soft support and a low profile.
Back – The ideal pillow for a back sleeper should support the natural curvature of the spine, with adequate support under the head, neck and shoulders. The neck and head should be supported in a position that remains level with the upper back and spine. Backsleepers should choose a pillow with a soft support and a low or medium profile.
Side – A side sleeper needs a pillow that conforms tot he shape of the neck and supports the head in a high enough position to ensure that the spine maintains a straight and natural horizontal line. Medium or Firm Support pillows are an ideal choice for side sleepers depending on the person’s size. Larger people or people with broad shoulders should opt for a High Profile pillow
